Summer Volunteer Opportunities:

• Alien Plant Irradication
• Hand dig pastinaca(wild parsnip)
• Hand dig sweet clover
• Brush cut woody invasive plants
• Fence removal
• Windfall brush removal

Recommended clothing and equipment include:

• work/hiking boots
• leather gloves
• long sleeves/pants
• safety glasses
• hard hat if you have one
• sunscreen
• insect repellent
• water bottle/water
• snack/lunch

• hauling cut brush
• stacking and packing /burning brush
• use of brushcutter/chainsaw depending upon experience
• mending/taking out fences
• prepping fuelbreaks
• collecting seed
